((Please answer)) Hi, a while ago I bought a bamboo pen and touch and lost the disc including the software such as Adobe Photoshop Elements 8. I registered my product online and made a community account as of today but couldn't find any free downloads of the software on wacom like they do for the intuos4. Is there any place I can get these softwares on the site?

i dont care about learning how to open my firefox from a pen tablet when i do it in a split second with the mouse.

i want to see how sensitive it is as a drawing and painting tool. how well it perform compared to the Intuos, if it compares at all.

@BinaryDood Not all programmes support the pressure sensitivity feature, but many do... you just have to find one that you like, and that supports it. when i use my bamboo most of the time i dont need the pressure feature :D

How does pen mode work if the tablet has an aspect ratio fo 16:10 but my screen have a ratio of 16:9 ?cant i reats the full screen of does it affect the 1:1 ratio when pointing ?

So I install the cd and the pen takes forever to respond, the pop up thing to the left with the hand writing whatnot keeps popping up at inappropriate times. I just uninstalled it and am most likely to use regular courser settings instead. But how if I do plan on trying it again, how would I fix these problems?

I got this tablet, but I think it's not good. First the pen pressure were in SAI but now it's gone and there was just one time it was functioned!

ok so i have a problem, my bamboo pen and touch pen pressure isn't working. I've tried it in Paint tool Sai, and Cs4 but its not working. i dont know why, it only works on the tutorial. :/

@sallycoont can i recommend paint.net, GIMP, or paint tool SAI? the first two are free, but the third is great :) but i prefer paint.net.

@sallycoont it should come with two cd's the one that is white and says bamboo is the one that helps you install the program but i have bamboo pen

how would pen mode work on a dual moniter setup? since it corresponds with the location on your monitor, how would it be picked up on the second monitor?

@tac0pwnage What they call "absolute mode" means one corner of the tablet is one corner of the screen, and the other corner is the other corner. If you have two monitors, this just occurs over both, rather than one.

you can set the driver so that the tablet only works on one screen, dunno why they dont mention it anywhere
