The stimulus gave 90+% of Americans a small witholding Tax Cut in April '09. The Bush Tax Cuts are to expire on incomes over $250K.
Cap and Trade hasn't been passed, and just because the GOP says it will increase taxes doesn't make it so, they often make stuff up(i.e. Death Panels,million man Tea Parties etc.)
As we can plainly see,the consumers of Right Wing propaganda tend to be misinformed aka ignorant(ahem).

I did not say that he came up with the Patriot Act only that if he the great savior were to go back to his campaign speeches in which he lambasted Bush he would not have signed an extension of the Partriot Act. In addition he is planning on placing taxes on Energy, small business, increasing income taxes among others. What by the way makes you so informed. I dont see it.

Liberals base their actions on what has happened in the past, factual evidence.
Conservatives base their actions on beliefs and conjecture. Things that can't be proven or haven't happened yet.
For example, the Bush Doctrine!
This is also why most on the Right tend to be very religious and fear based. Status Quo,tradition,fearful of change,of "others",etc., describes those on the Right. When one lives in fear, they attack or put on the facade of bravado to masl their fear.

Where was the protest for freedom and liberty when Bush signed the Patrot act?
Where was the outrage from Limbaugh?
I don't want to hear what Obama may or may not do. Let's argue about what he has done, because those are facts we can argue about. It doesn't make any sense at all to protest against things that haven't happened. And the fact is that Obama has cut taxes not raised them.
I've been listening to GB for over 6 years, I recall he said we'd be in WWIII caused by Iran, by now.

Oh as far as taxes go in the Stimulus package there were several tax increases wrapped in that debacle. And the Cap and Trade bill has many tax increases in it. also Obama is goign to let the Bush tax cuts lapse this combined with his proposed tax increase will really put a hurt on people.

Nice quote but that does not make Beck or all Mormons racist. In fact Glenn and Fox routinely have prominent Black politcians from all sides on the network. Come to think of it I know a few Mormons and not one of them would be considered racist, they happen to be some of the most caring, loving, generous people. In fact I know one who is marreid to a dark skin latina. That sounds really racist to me. Well I am done for the night its 2 am and I am tired.

The fact that the Republican party, founded here in my home state in 1854for the SPECIFIC purpose of ending slavery, were the champions of women's sufferage, had the first black Senator, Edward Brooke; First Black Congressman, Joseph Rainey, were the party that pushed the Civil Rights Act through Congress... while the Dems simply, oh, I dunno, fought a war to keep them slaves and then formed the KKK after they lost... Yeah, sounds like they REALLY got their back...

Republican party is excatly what it was all those years ago. The irony here is that it was a movement to the Left that made them less effective, willing to just coast along. Listen to yourself. Mocking slavery and talking about me having fun on the plantation? If republican did not change then blacks would STILL be overwhelmingly in their favor, just like MLK. They changed for the worse and now reflect the Democrats of the past and that is why us black folk prefer Dem over Rep is given a choice. That is a fact that cannot be explained away by talking about a movement to the left. Black people do have enough common sense despite whatever you think of us.

I'll tell you like i had to tell alfamax4562, I am making it on my own, without the government, and I would rather keep it that way. Most people will gladly take an opportunity to better themselves. I do not deride those whom I disagree with. I deride those who would allow someone like Glenn Beck to use them. I personally feel it is the same allowing a KKK spokesman to use them like Beck did. Sorry, but those are my feelings on Beck and any black person that allows him to use them like that.

Instead of everytime a bell rings an angel gets their wings, it's everytime Beck speaks and is believed, that American looses an I.Q. point. And judging how stupid these mice with megaphones can seem, I suspect they do not have that many points they can afford to lose.
