SX3 has such light recoil and he is shooting light shells to start with so i doubt he feels much in the shoulder.

He is using AAA's which is one of the biggest shot sizes so I think their will be a hell of a lot of recoil dude.

uh no?? it's AA's and usually you use #8 shot which is very small. AA's are target loads and have very little recoil in an SX3. I use an SX3 for trap shooting and recoil isn't noticeable.
