when you use shampoo do you scrub your scalp like you are co-washing? i've had dry scalp/flakes all my life too, and scrubbing my scalp properly was the only thing that helped.

Not sure if you have any idea how helpful your vids are. We have the exact same type of hair & I have been so down b/c of the loss/ breakage of my beautiful curls due to buns/ponytails. I just recently have been wearing my curls b/c I never knew how to tame them. Your regimens get me compliments on my hair daily. Thanks for giving me the info to allow me to appreciate my curls. @dreabatyah I was bending my head over every time I detangled so my hair was getting used to that so the back section of my hair started thinning and broke off for example you know when someone makes a ponytail with a part while their hair is wet everyday its gonna start to thin in that area basically thats why you have switch up styles and be gentle to your hair when its wet

@Impulsiiv also sometimes tj maxx or marshalls sells the 8.5 fl oz shampoo conditioner and a leave in spray for 12.99 so its a great deal especially if you find which line you like best its cheaper than purchasing each item at walmart

@glory345 not alot doing two braids resembles my curls the best the tighter or looser your curls are will determine how many braids you need for example tighter curls will need more braids

I just wanted to drop in and say thanks :) My hair was really really short and when I found your videos and followed your regimens they helped me grow my hair so quickly. I am so happy u are back and I love the new regimen :) do you just rinse your hair with the apple cider and let it sit or do u rinse it off immediately? @becca0119 Awww thanks for the lovely comment =) I do It differently every time depending on how much flakes i have I spray it on my scalp and let sit overnight then wash in the morning or ill spray right before Im about to wash my hair or after I have shampooed and conditioned
