When you break the muscle, your body goes 'Whoa, if I'm going to have to do that shit again, I'm going to have to get bigger and stronger!', and so it grows. I find that if I have oatmeal and fruit at 7:15, I'm ready to feast at 8:30 and if I wait until 10, my coworkers notice some moodiness. As a result, I've started keeping trail mix or granola on me and it's helped my mood while keeping me from eating crap.

sunday morning i wake up after drinking, if i drank heavily the night before im hungry and really thirsty, cant eat cause my stomach is shitty and generally hung over, and my body looks really ripped and the veins are popping out like pipes,,so is it because of the alcohol?i know beer is horrible for abs and i dont drink any at night, and im a big fan of vodka redbull so could be that, can you illuminate me

@ScottHermanFitness Bitch got served. Is being hungry frequently a problem for a lot of fit people? I find that if I have oatmeal and fruit at 7:15, I'm ready to feast at 8:30 and if I wait until 10, my coworkers notice some moodiness. As a result, I've started keeping trail mix or granola on me and it's helped my mood while keeping me from eating crap.
