@mzjohns: I think if your husband wants a lap dance from you, it means he has no objections to your figure :-) also, I do Indian kathak dance and I've observed that when someone dances well and with passion, everyone gets intrigued by the moves, and the figure of the dancer as if ceases to exist. One of the best kathak dancers I know and people watch with their mouths open has a disfigured face. If you're extremely uncomfortable, dim the light - it will add mystery to the dance!
