I'm such a die-hard Lois & Clark fan that I didn't even start watching Smallville till Lois joined the fun... but it wasn't till Bride that I really got hooked on the chemistry between this Lois & Clark. This vid did an excellent job showcasing the many hints of the love growing between them that lead to that heart-wrenching near-kiss! Now that Season 9 is underway and we're going 'full-tilt' with Lois & Clark, I'm waiting with baited breath for their first REAL KISS!!!

The creators of smallville and the DC team came up with 1 rule smallville had to abide by in the series:
"no flights, no tights"
so, sadly, you will never see Clark actually being his superman self. Though when the show ends, you will see a heroic send-off, ultimately leading him to becoming superman.
And to the Clois fans, another rule is that Lois and Clark aren't allowed to kiss as themselves.
1. Clark WILL die in the future but will come back to life.
2. he will eventually but not in the show
3. he MIGHT fly.
the creators of Smallville did originally intend it to be "no tights no flights" but last year at Comic Con they said that they might break with the "no flights" rule so he could very well fly in the show. i was there and heard it straight from their mouths. but the no tights rule does stand.
as for clois, i've never heard of that rule but am still hoping for a kiss :)
As for the comic con thing, I'm excited to hear. I read the Lois and Clark thing off of KryptonSite, and being run by people who actually work with smallvilled directly I know that's true. But if Clark is in disguise or something like that it's completely fine, seeing as he wouldn't be himself. So we have that to look forward to in season 9.

Well it's just a really well don vid! I think it's just the feeling the vid gives. You can really feel Lois' POV! I just love it! I love the Bride voiceover at the end with the scene from Crusade! i had to rewatch that to see what Crusade clip i used and why i used it, lol. remember now, cuz that's when they met, haha. but yeah, i still remember getting inspired for this vid...the "back begins to tingle" line is what triggered the idea to make this, lol. i can picture me walking to class getting this moment of inspiration...really glad i made this now after all the praise it's gotten :)

I'm such a die-hard Lois & Clark fan that I didn't even start watching Smallville till Lois joined the fun... but it wasn't till Bride that I really got hooked on the chemistry between this Lois & Clark. This vid did an excellent job showcasing the many hints of the love growing between them that lead to that heart-wrenching near-kiss! Now that Season 9 is underway and we're going 'full-tilt' with Lois & Clark, I'm waiting with baited breath for their first REAL KISS!!!

the clip of her in the red dress while clark is zipping it up is from "Identity" and the clip right after that of her in the orange dress is from "Bride" both episodes are in season 8. hope that helps :)

1. Clark will never die.
2. He will NEVER don the superman costume.
3. He will NEVER fly.
The creators of smallville and the DC team came up with 1 rule smallville had to abide by in the series:
"no flights, no tights"
so, sadly, you will never see Clark actually being his superman self. Though when the show ends, you will see a heroic send-off, ultimately leading him to becoming superman.
And to the Clois fans, another rule is that Lois and Clark aren't allowed to kiss as themselves.

As for the comic con thing, I'm excited to hear. I read the Lois and Clark thing off of KryptonSite, and being run by people who actually work with smallvilled directly I know that's true. But if Clark is in disguise or something like that it's completely fine, seeing as he wouldn't be himself. So we have that to look forward to in season 9.

hm, well i never knew that before but it does make sense since she technically openly falls for Superman first while always having hidden feelings for Clark (which is how i understand it, lol). i hope they do have one kiss in season 9 tho even if he is in disguise...thanks for the info on that. so hopefully a kiss and flight for season 9 :)

I TOTALLY agree with what you say in your description about having Clark totally ready and committed to Lois before there's Clois...
My comfort is that in the cannon Clark ends up pining for Lois - so she'll have her payback if the producers keep to what they say about wanting more cannon!!!

If the writers know what the fans are looking for in the "romance" part of the show, then they wouldn't disappoint us, right? Pretty clever that they've left Lois out in a few epis since the new year. With Lana back and all, they've managed to give Clark & Lois some "space". Just can't wait until she's finally back!

it hasnt been decided either way for sure yet. last i heard it's down to whether they can get Tom Welling signed on. but if he doesn't sign we can't really hold it against him, he has done 8 wonderful seasons already! but i'd love to see a season 9 :)
