The only reason that Diva looks like a boy is because she stole Riku's (Sayas brother) face b/c Riku was Saya's chevalier and Diva could only have kids with one of Saya's chevaliers and she wanted kids, well you get the picture but she stole his face, I think, for disguise or to make Saya depressed and unable to fight.

Not sure about "Blood+" but I know that "Blood:The Last Vampire" is a movie. It has Saya as the lead role but the storyline is completely different: no Diva, no chevalier, and Saya's an actual vampire.
