  • this is retarded because most of these people don't use proper form to do a clean. if you don't have the form down it will increase the likelihood of incurring an injury, especially when the idiot trainers want them to do 100 straight reps! I played D-1 football in the ACC, and our strength/conditioning coaches would never have us even attempt something like this without training months on proper form!

  • Awesome, if slightly crazy (!), workout! Dumb question. Wouldn't it make sense to wear workout gloves? Or do these just get in the way? That blistered flesh didn't look too cool!
