you guys can think of this as an olympic ice skater. when they're spinning and curl up in a ball to concentrate their mass they spin very fast. moment of inertia.

That is the best video I have seen in a very long time. I am dizzy though. If you try it again, break it up by going to opposite direction and then viewers won't get sick lol

the physics are there are less objects catching wind lag therefore speeding up the spinning object (try it with a swivel chair spin around as hard as you can with your legs out then pull them in) (thats why when an ice skater spins they tuck their arms in)
