Its amazing how quick scott hall fell into really bad shape as this was early 2010 and ok he aint in his prime but he was still cutting promos and taking part in physical angles and he actually got into good enough shape that he wore his trunks again. Then fast forward about 18 months and if u watch that special they just did on him well it aint good is it. Shame cause in his prime hall was one of the best no doubt.
despite what I just said, Hall looks good and he is in pretty good shape while he was with TNA this time. Just not enough of the pre work, not enough of the little things.and some people forget or let the legs go and Hall is simply a little top heavy. but despite the haters, Hall looks good here. and looked good through this last stretch. Hall was never to ripped, some stretches he was, but like he told Nash, don't make it about your body, make it about yourself. Wolf Pac, 4 LIFE.
If Hall would have put in 6 months hard work in the gym before coming back, and then continued to get in shape, he would have been much better off. I know he put in work, but not enough pre work. Some of these guys that sitt around half retired and drink or whatevs, don't seem to realise that simply stretching can keep you at least looking healthy and mobile, now Hall seems to be barely walking little more then a year later. Get well Scott Hall. you can be healthy and in shape again. 4 LIFE

Hall needs in the gym and stay there for 6 months b4 coming back! after 6 months make sure you keep going 3-5 x a week! so important that he does, not only if he want to continue wrestling but4 his own personal life.He can stil wrestle &he lookd better every week since that Jan 4th show,but it's hard to get in shape &be doing shows on the road,he needs to take the time like I've suggested and come back in good shape!then he can just build on that and he can get in even better shape doing shows

@fotowngoonz WWE has a solid fanbase because of long existence and it´s history, that´s why they have huge soldout arenas(well not always), but TNA is a very young company, we will see in years how good TNA really is, every wreslting promotion started in small arenas, so this comparation is totally nonsence, it´s hard to promote if WWE is around, but I think TNA is on good way up
