During his two terms, Bush's decision were so deeply flawed and irrational, that it begs the question: Why? Why does a president, with huge teams of advisers, act like he did?

My take is that it is related to Israel and oil. All countries labeling Israel as a terrorist state have been attacked directly or indirectly by Bush. Syria, Iran and of course Iraq (which has been destroyed). Setting up a puppet democracy in Iraq gives the US a base in the center of the biggest oil reserves on the planet.
