Nicely done. However, this would have been even better (and funnier) if you done even more to convince the viewer that this is really a documentary. I.e. using voice-over narration (especially in the parts that are more stylistically shot), making clear distinctions between "interview" parts and "re-enactment" parts.
Thanks so much for the feedback! We didn't have a whole lot of time for fleshing out the character since the film was written, directed and edited in 48 hours (as part of the Boston 48 Hour Film Project). Interesting question -- what does Tucker do besides obsess about the art heist?
I found yor film to be interesting despite the disjointed story. Perhap you stay on tucker character because I know he will not keep girlfriend, but I do not know enough about Tucker himself.
Most enjoyable! As someone who did investigate the heist in the late 1990s it was fun to see this mockumentary.
Sad but true I've run across would-be art theft sleuths who are just like this! $5M in reward money brings 'em out
