I was somewhat dissapointed of alive cuz I think they made better mixes as the tour progressed but the Alive 2007 was of the 1st show so its missing alot of the tweeks.Just go on imeem and search for the live performances at lolla, vegoose, etc

That's like asking what any DJ does live...the songs you hear live are being mixed right before your eyes. If they just played the track it would sound like it does on your CD...live versions are always new and different because the DJ mixes in new stuff, slows or speeds it, etc.

God why didn't i go. Can i just say though i adore daft punk even electroma and interstella 5555, but i hate how people pass any electronic music off with the label Techno. Trance, house even commercial dance will be labeled as "techno" to most. I also love real techno that sounds nothing at all like this. Rez by underworld is a great place to start

Best show I've ever been to. I'll go so far as to say no other show even comes CLOSE. I've seen Oakenfold (twice), The Chemical Brothers (twice), The Crystal Method (twice), Fatboy Slim, Felix da Housecat, Sasha and Digweed, Tiesto... The list goes on. None of them even compare to this show. This show was ridiculous from start to finish. Loved the outfits, the scene, the vibe. Everything. Would fly anywhere to see them.

They're actually mixing the majority. I was part of the sound stage crew at Red Rocks Amphitheater when they at played Denver and got to haul up what seemed like tons of sound decks (maybe only 7 or so) onto the pyramid platform. They do have some preset stuff to go with the lighting, but surprisingly its all performed! I even heard from some of the crew traveling with them that some concerts have a different mix-in.
