Unfortunately, it's not Casey :(
It's Casey's cousin Victoria and it's from the episode "The Wedding".
Lots of people use the clip because Vicky looks SO much like Casey. lol

Nope...it's Casey's cousin Vicky. Everybody just uses it as Casey, because they look so much alike!
