To all the Common haters who may pop up and talk shit, I just wanna say one thing. Even if you are NOT a Common fan...the fact that this man hit #1 in this day and age (with rampant MP3 downloading and absolute bullshit on radio on MTV / BET) speaks volumes to the fact that people still want some music with some substance to it. That's a big deal to me at least. Some people may dismiss Billboard and record sales as not meaning anything...but in this case...it means everything.
*don't forget about 50 cent coming out on that SAME DATE* i'm sure kanye won't outsell 50...although i like 50 better. jay-z even talked about it on billboard recently.
