My ancestors came over from Ireland in the 1870s or so, settling in Canada and then immigrating to the US. I had a wonderful and emotional visit to Ireland, my home country. Has anyone else ever visited their home country?

So when hospitals would need more money for equipment, medication THE goverment would not have that money...SO who is going to pay?
