I have to admit Iam partial to Linda Ronstadt version of this song being a lifelong fan of her. But one thing I will tell you, you sang this song very well and I can compare your version of Winter Light with Sarah Brightman. Well done!

I have to admit, when I first saw that someone was actually going to try singing this song, I expected to be laughing my butt off! Not an easy song to sing, by any means. However, after watching this video, I am absolutely astonished & amazed! You have a very beautiful voice & you sing this as well as Linda Ronstadt! Great job & am adding this to my favorites. Well, I thought your version was lovely. Winterlight is a very beautiful and stunning song, and I think it is VERY difficult to sing - one tiny note off key and the song is ruined. There are so many versions on the net, and yes, you do remind me of Sarah Brightman, but you definitely have your own style. I fell in love with Chloe Agnew's version, way over Sarah's. I have a very strong preference for Celtic styles. You have a wonderful voice and should have a very bright future ahead of you!

I got another comment saying they rally think its Sarah Brightman singing, and if you listen to her and me-we are very different. The only thing I can hear that MAY be similar is that we both have a 'soft voice' somtimes when we sing. Other then that her voice is much more trained and more clear in her song. There for once again-yes this is ME singing ha ha Sorry that you think otherwise.

Also before I forget, some one thought I was lip syncing to this, my own voice. That is fine to say I have to be open to the negative as well, but I will say no I wasn't that is me singing to that song, my voice being sung into the mike live for you *laughs

The only thing I like to do is add a little echo, seeing as I'm new at all this youtube, and first time having the guts to sing, I do have low confidence and the echo helps my voice out a little just for that nice effect almost all.....
