riegn plate sucks... although it has high defenses on fire but it has poor power.. i recommend necromancer cloak + Golden set.. or get thunder set 1st.. before getting reign plate.,, i am 130 non-guardian..

ok what weapon?,the lvl that reign plate needs is lvl. 75

ok well srry its not really a weapon its a type of armor. if u have not mastered dracomancer then do so and u get a pretty decent wind move called dragon wings or something. again srry if this was not what u were lookin for.
