My mustang has a custom fit v8 engine in it. I noticed something was quirky when i bought it due to the fact that it still had the 289 logo on the side but the radiator fan is exposed and has stainless steel flaps instead of the one piece fan. The car runs great since i put the new Edelbrock carburetor. Where do you buy your parts?
Dang, yours is all beat up. Mine has already been restored, it was sitting in a driveway for 5 years and i got it for 3k. All the engine is chrome, pretty sweet deal. Needs some new interior but for the price, i got hell of a deal. Is your's stickshift? mine is automatic ^_^

@josh1348 Perhaps after he bought it he got new plates put on it and the blacked out plate is the new one.
