I know I will die before seeing the day (especially here in California) when most gardeners, fruit pickers, maids and men who wash cars are Caucasian. Let's stop beating around the bush - I'm 100% Caucasian and most of my race would not accept these jobs. Once in a blue moon a white person might come along but they wouldn't last because they would get pissed off by the low wages and working conditions. Let's not forget how Walmart (who's founder and CEO are white) became and still are the largest retailer in the U.S. - cheap labor. The price we pay for feeding, housing, educating, and providing medical care to millions of illegal immigrants, not to mention the cost of incarcerating their felons, is causing a drain on our economy. If each state would conduct a campaign by billboard, radio and TV that reminded the public each day of the cost of these accommodations, I'm sure we'd all be shocked. OK--(and this comes from a person who's long been down on illegals) It's clear that illegals are here to stay--we need a realistic work visa program-my big gripe about illegals is 1. Just because a kid is born is this country doesn't mean it deserves automatic citizenship-period. 2. No paper trail--why do we assume illegals are nice people? They could be criminals on the lam-rapists, murderers, drug dealers--we don't know-BECAUSE THEY'RE HERE ILLEGALLY!

The only solution for illegal immigration problem is DEPORT, DEPORT, and DEPORT. Make them SELF-DEPORT. Don't allow them use our schools, universities, hospitals, drive, rent apartment, make it a state crime if illegally present anywhere and they will have to SELF-DEPORT. Make them take their kids when DEPORTED as good parents would do. Go after visitors that over stayed visas. Secure the border with fence and boots. Don't give them any social welfare; deny citizenship to their kids born here.
