i went through here in the fall and winter of 91. i turned 34 years old the day i landed in mo. basic training was a blast for me. i really enjoyed every minute of it. i was older than the company commander and everyone called me grandpa cause i was 34. haha. make the best of it and remember that it is as much mental as it is physical. hang in there . you will make it through in one piece and a much better person for having made it through. good luck to each and everyone of you.stand proud.Hooah

Lol you could bring whatever youd like it depends on what company you end up in that they allow you to use them or not, we were only allowed to use our cell phones for 10 mins every saturday, thats it lol and cameras only on the last day on graduation day haha but advice, just stay motivated and show commitment to being a soldier, let them break you down and build you back up to a Army Strong Soldier HOOAH!

DS Compton WAS the devil.. LOL.. we were his last cycle.... he was getting ready to go overseas right after we graduated.... I loved DS Johnson.. He was soooooo cool.. even tho he woke us up in the middle of the night and caped the crap out of us... LOL..him & Ds Riggins were my favorites!!
