Very interesting, thanks for posting it. I've been following this debate for some time now , since our criminal procedure here in Greece is the same basically, we have both the prosecutor (procureur) and the examining magistrate (juge d' instruction) in serious cases. I think it's a good system. In any case, the way they present it here is definitely biased, they should have mentioned who Mr. Herzog is.
