@myukvisa I agree; with any official request actually, as long as you have all the necessary documents. They would therefore, have to have a damned good reason to refuse your girlfriend the visa.

I met 5 student and they having a hard life and struggled just to pay for their bills, ie rent, college fee, bills like electricity, gas, water and of they have to eat etc. Please think before you spend a lot of money to come over here in UK, and please research before you believe people was saying we have gold and diamond here, its not true, we all struggling. @SalsaAli actually their purpose of going to UK is to work...upon applying for a student visa they said that they could afford to study in UK..but actually is not

@slazzer145 So, if you are going to a University, you apply for an Academic visa? And you can work in the UK if you have applied for an Academic visa, and not a work visa?

I used to avail drop box facility in Islamabad, Pakistan. Used to leave my passport in the morning and collected in afternoon with visa stamped. Those were good simple days. Now they have so called commercial partners called Gerry's. Today as I write 18th feb its 3rd day I cannot schedule my appointment as Gerry's system is not working. Even if that works they will give me an appointment after 10 days or so. Then BHC would take another 30 working days to process. Frustrating!

great video ! but it should be made in such a way that a person whould be ableto se in continution , as it comes through internt , it got stuck some times and like it works and stops in an instant which leads to distubance in video.

I personally believe excellent job, but some of your 'commercial partners are inexperienced and unfortunately very snob. I have experience with the UK Visa's commercial partner in Dhaka, Bangladesh and unfortunately some of the staffs are awful. One of my colleagues from Kolkata, India said his experience in Kolkata was awfully sad!

I think UK Visas should have a strong unit/ department which can monitor their commercial partners and listen to visa applicants' complaints.
