There's plenty evidence that the RPF/RPA (the ex-Ugandan, now Rwandan tutsi army) and Kagame have conducted ethnic purges from 1990 to 1994, in order to incite a reverse reaction. But there also numerous accounts of them being behind the majority of the hutu deaths during the (double) genocide.

Yet, the whole world has bought into the the whitewashing (and sanctification) of the RPF and Kagame, by the US, the UK and some high-placed corrupt officials.

I visited Rwanda on a missionary trip in 2000 with the episcopal church. There are pictures i've taken but i still can not get myself to develop. My heart is still heavy to this very day. What i witnessed on the outer villages of kagali still gives me nightmares. Even now i get choked up talking about it. Every place in this video i visited including the church where the killings of the all the people occured. next to the church is the sunday school where soldiers killed the children.
