  • WHAT LIFT IS THAT

  • @MrINVADER727 Walker Evan racing 2.0's adj. with reservoirs both front and rear. I have a quick disconnect now for the sway bar and it gives some of the highest RTI scores for a 3" lift without long travel in and FJC. I've had them for 5 years now, rebuilt when needed. You can purchase them from Allpro Offroad

  • Yes stock transfer case..the vid response posted above is with larger tires same transfer case and my truck is a manual. No issues getting up it when you know the line, and have a good spotter. I spot people every summer up the gate its a walk in the park.

  • Stock transfer case ?

  • where's the fire?

  • winch line could have snapped that old lady's head off..

  • he is bad driver ???

  • INTENSO!!!!

    INTENSO!!!!

    INTENSO!!!!

  • your supposed to stand under the winch line! bitch make me a sandwich!

  • Spotter error

  • thank god he had that winch

  • He continues to drive when the SPOTTER is not spotting. Go slow and when the spotter needs to move wait. Why have a spotter if he continues to drive.

  • FJ the price and the extras are just! nothing more ...

  • Was that Muddygrrl in that clip?

  • i just came across these videos didnt know FJ is crazy strong. I was wondering do you guys know why Toyota calls it FJ? i was thinking its showing off its 4x4 technology and it actually means F*** you Jeep

    lol

  • no african it means f ollow j eeps ''but get stuck

  • lol true

  • what the fuck you mean african

  • FJ is the letter designation code given to all Toyota Land Cruisers. "F" denotes gasoline engine, and "J" is for Land Cruiser. FJ is synonymous with Land Cruiser with each series being defined by a number (FJ40, FJ60, FJ80 for example). This FJ is built off the world famous FJ120/Hilux platform and it's beefed up for maximum 4x4 capability out of the gate (FJ120 is more luxurious but less off-road capable). You also may see "BJ" where the "B" denotes a diesel engine.

  • i like BJ's LOL!!!

  • thats what your sister says

  • i don't have any.

  • Driving while winching is bad news. The spotter was also in a bad place with that recovery strap. lucky nothing snapped.

  • i think he shit himself when he almost flipped haha

  • id be so terrifed.

but good job, atleast he didnt end up like some and go rolling down.

  • TrAiLbUs you rock my world... biggest balls in the business!

  • Where do they get to after this? Can anyone tell me a bit more about what's going on here? I've seen a number of videos of people trying to negotiate this area now. It looks impossibly hard!

  • THere is a bypass so you dont have to do this its the trail hells revenge tons of fun...right after this its back to the regular trail! lots of steep hills and sandpaper slick rock! MOAB ROCKS!

  • So it can be done with a stick, good, because I want one but not an auto.

  • dude trailbus you did a hell of a job on that run, thats no walk in the park. nice rig once i get some money to put in my FJ im gonna take a trip out to moab. and seriously dont listen to these fags....theyre probablly jeep owners :)

  • my rubicon, your fj, any place any time

  • How about bankruptcy court??

  • How about the North Pole? Oh wait, only FJ's are the only vehicles with tire that have ever driven to the North Pole. How about Baja 1000? FJ's own, Jeeps fall apart DNF. How about base camp on Everest... oh sorry, yet again Toyota Land Cruisers are the only vehicles that can make it.

I've had to rescue Jeeps from stuff that a Subaru Outback made it through... pathetic.

  • I have not seen many fj's wheel(mainly cause me and my friends are too poor to to buy and build one) but they cant break as much as all the jeeps i wheel with, especially the wranglers. Those fuckin things are turds. Cherokees arent too bad, ive seen alot of u-joints blow on that dana 30 tho...And the 5 speed that comes in the cherokees is junk as well..

  • aint fully the spotters fault for screwing up. initialy the spotter was doing a good job, and the driver didnt. whenever the spotter moves, the car shouldnt. but towards the end, when they got the female spotter, she surely didnt know what she was doing. either way, the driver needs to pay way more attention.

  • What ever man you keyboard commandos can sit here all day long talking chit..you have no idea who I am or my experience level. I have a manual fj and was doing fine until I wasnt set up on the line. SHit happens when wheeling and thats that. there are a bunch of these videos and the failure in the back tire causes this. You try driving up this and see what you can see out the window BLUE SKY only! GOod luck! This last summer I went back and led the trails there for my group everyone camehomesafe

  • i happen to own an FJ too, so i am aware of the visual limitations you have. what keeps me from messing up my rig though is that i pay attention to my spotter. like i said before, if i cant see the spotter, i aint moving.

  • GO there run the gate and tell me how it goes. I wish you luck:) My rig received no damage once again I must state this. Lets see some videos of you rocking your Fj then partner.

  • you know, that's one of those things i always wanted to do is to run that trail. maybe i will get around to it when i get back from iraq next year. i'll definately will take some vids though.

  • that drivers impacient and the first spotter wasnt that great and that lady didnt need to stand next to that tow rope otherwise gr8 vid lol

  • Dude you spotter just decided to stop!!

  • i saw an fj climbed the same hell

but it was not modefide like this one

  • your spotter is an idiot.

  • great spot for her to be standing, right next to the tow rope :/

  • Hey screw you ruebarb LOL you try working a manual with shaky adrenaline rush legs LOL!

Very cool Spvone, I respect all rigs and their capabilities we are all a community no matter who makes the rig. Good to hear positive things instead of negative, we all appreciate it!

  • Damn, close one, Nice work. Easy on the gas, dude, it's a FJ, not a M1 Abrams.

  • as a tj owner, i am supposed to hate these cute fj cruisers. but dammit... they seem to be pretty tough. (i'm a die-hard yoda ttr fan at heart) frank raines, hollister, pismo, oceano dunes... my backyard...lemme know.

  • Hi J!

    :)

  • nice video...

    trial-riders de

  • nice video...

    trialriders com

  • holy smak trailbus! i bet that got the ole bowels a flexin! hey great job, and way to not puss out!

    ~FJ TEX

  • He shoulda watched Ms FJ's video before getting on that one ! :-D

  • I did, and I thought of her the whole time...that's what sucked about it!

  • oh no, crumy1972 is probably that old drunk guy on the trail who wouldn't move for us! =O

  • Been there done that... cool to see em on the trail. Nice vid!!

That spot gets alot of guys on Hells Gate, you dont relize how far up on the wall your tires really have to be in order to keep that back tire on the wall and of course dont turn off the wall to soon either.

  • This is a GREAT video, Trailbus is the man at Moab!

  • Thanks for sharing hte video. ;-)

  • Crummy... stop being a miserable bastard!

  • Scrummy... stop being a miserable bastard!

  • Trailbus is an excellent driver. A slip. It happens. Get off your throne.

  • don't talk smack about other vehicles because when you are in a situation like this I'm sure you would love to be helped out by a Toyota or any vehicle for that matter. We all wheel and that's what's important... jeeps have rolled over on Hells gate many times just youtube it LMAO. Accidents happen, I'm sure you've been in a similar situation so mellow out. I'm just glad it all worked out!!! I'll keep on rocking, I hope you do the same!!!!

  • Yeah the spotter did well on 4 other vehicles and did it himself without a spot in the beginning. My back tire slipped off of the line when my front passenger went up. I have been wheeling for 11 years and have many trails under my belt without incidence so don't get all high and mighty due to this. The FJC is a very trail capable rig (I even beat a new rubi up a ledge on poison spider the next day..he almost flipped it)and right after that a jeep YJ did even worse than myself on the gate...

  • OHHh dont go making this a rubi thing, right after doing this a rubi went up and did even worse than I did... I have pics of him on 1 tire so dont go there partner...I also kicked 2 rubis up poison spider mesa @ the end where the hole in the wall is looking down on the river. Fjc's are quite capable vehicles, and so are jeeps, somethings are done better due to the differences of IFS and SA so get off your high horse all mighty jeeper!! WE all wheel and that's what matters!

  • Well Said. Both nice trucks. GREAT VIDEO. 5****'s

  • your spotter wasn't good. he's the reason why you scratched your rig.

  • LOL! I have a mild scratch on the plastic fender flares..I could seriously care less. I never even noticed till months later LMAO! no real damage, except mentally :D

  • who the fuck cares about scratches when their wheeling??

  • yo momma... whaaahhhhhh..

  • Getting strapped up Hell's Gate and still about flipping. How embarrassing. Lessons learned. 1: Never trust a spotter who turns his back on you or one that wears gloves 2: Don't go where the big boys go if you can't drive. Glad to see you save it though. Would hate to get FJ paint on my tires when we go up the gate.
