I've got a few ideas...

Seeing as it's winter what could be fun could be a classic christmas look.

This shouldn't be WILD like. It should be from an every day look to a look you would wear to go to a party---something that even your friends won't even recognize. This might be challenging..I mean, they can shape their eyebrows differently or wear their eyeshadow in a whole new different shape or form. I think this'll be neat. Then they should have the before and after photos. Before-normal look; after-transformed.

You should do an animal inspired contest. Like not paint your face like an animal but to create a wearable makeup look from based off an animal. It's so easy because there is so much to choose from but the wearable factor makes it more challenging. OR looked based off a holiday character. Christmas could be santa, rudolph, frosty etc. If you don't celebrate Christmas then do a look based off of a more prominent figure/image in whatever holiday you celebrate!!!

Risa, I think that the concept for your contest should be something to do with space. For instance, do a look inspired by Neptune, Venus, The Milkey Way or something like that. I don't think I've ever seen anyone have a contest with that as a theme.  So, I hope this helps :)
