The funny thing is, now that iPhone has releazed the 3gs and whats their names, the xperia X1 still owns them. By far. I lost my xperia x1 a week ago, and as soon as I can afford it, Im buying a new one. Been thinking about the x2 but I don't know..

I just don't know why people are comparing these. It's two compleatly different phones. The iPhone is a toy phone, It's made for "apps" that shows a pic of a gun, when you touch it, it makes a sound.

The x1/x2 are full qwerty, wifi, wm etc buisness phones. Any one who would be interested in a x1 would never want an iPhone, we want quality phones that help us with work etc.

iPhone is so fancy, so simple, there is no qwerty keyboard and that is 3 big reasons why i hate it.:P

On the other hand there is X1 which is kinda old school phone...phone worth every single cent of his price...

I have the X1, and it has its pros and cons. You gotta tweak it a lot to get it just right. You can't beat a hardware keyboard. The screen isn't meant for fingers (you have to apply some pressure, and no multitouch). It's meant to be used with the stylus. The camera on the other hand is great.

that's true, however, the x2 has solved this problem and has stereo speakers, which will make the sould great, even better than some walkmen devices. Also, there is a file that you can install on the x1 and the voice will rock ;).

iphone is cool but its also a toy for kids. xperia is serious business and so expensive that no lil kid will ever have it. i saved money for about a year to get the x1 (im 17) and now i have it. well the iphone has a better hardware-software performance... thats all. the x1 hardware is way better than the iphone hardware. and who needs a accelometer? slide out keyboard and go. the x1 is pretty close to an netbook, and i can emulate the iphone and the htc touch hd. check my vids for more.

Yo he tenido los dos móviles. El X1 es muy lioso de utilizar, y bastante lento, no olvidemos que es windows. Sin embargo la interface del iphone es muchísimo más clara. El x1 pesa bastante y es muy gordo.

Para hacer fotos yo utilizo la cámara no el móvil, asique con la cámara del iphone mees suficiente ya que son 2 megapixels pero tiene una calidad tremenda.

I had a X1 and a HTC pro, both Phone's are extremly slow, and the Userinterface isnt that gd as well.

I'll keep my IPhone, dont need a gd camera and i never used MMS in my Life.

pero' se devi sincronizzarlo con un pc (contatti, posta, ecc) meglio un prodotto windows mobile o symbian. certo che se usi mac, allora non c'e' storia, compri tutto apple e sei a cavallo.

L' X1 è una bella macchina. Peccato che monti Windows Mobile...anche se a qualcuno può piacere. Io sinceramente trovo che il sistema operativo dell'Iphone sia ineguagliabile.

è vero che l'X1 monta Windows Mobile... ma è anche vero che per l'iPhone è stata fatta la scelta -moooolto opinabile- di far sincronizzare il telefono unicamente con iTunes, la stessa cosa fatta con l'iPod, insomma. Un bel prodotto, però autoreferenziale.

giusta conclusione: x1 e iphone si rivolgono ad un pubblico diverso. per la navigazione e musica iphone e' imbattibile. lo schermo e' spettacolare. ma se devi usare molto il telefono, scrivere mail e sms o addirittura doc word, non c'e' storia: x1 e' il miglior telefono in circolazione. anche se e' un po' costoso.
