Not a bot. He plays around with the frets, and he only uses the whammy for about half of the notes. A bot would either use the whammy cheat to get ALL whammy, or not use the cheat to use no whammy. The bot also wouldn't press the frets unnessicerily, so he's legit.

OK, firstly, I have NO question as to whether this is legit or not, I believe entirely that it is.

HOWEVER, that criteria for spotting a bot isn't great. You /could/ program a bot to unnecessarily press fret buttons, or to use whammy on certain notes to obtain a near optimal star power path. It's a bot, you can do what you like to it, it just depends on how good / well thought out the programming for it was when it was written.
