True. What surprises me is that they haven't at least talked to Garrido about it. He might be crazy, but he also knows that he will never see the outside of a prison again. No reason to lie now. I don't think he took Micahela though. Northern Cal is full of these kinds of people.

@dgagnon313 According to media sources the gag order that the judge has put on the case says that the Garridos cant be questioned by police in any other investigation until the trial is over.

@dgagnon313 who said they haven't? they did, and they turned his backyard into a pit looking for any sign of remains, they even used a machine that could scan the ground tens of feet deep. they have DEFINITELY looked into him as a suspect.

@sprinklefriend They havent spoken to the Garridos just looked at his property. Now that the criminal case with Jaycee Dugard is over they can questions the Garridos regarding other missing children. The judge issued a gag order while Jaycee's case was going through the court system stating that the Garridos were not to be questioned regarding any other cases until the trial was over.

the story ssaays that micheala and her friend were riding scooters to the market, then when they came out they forgot about their scooters, then they ccame back to the market, after that michaela saw her scooter near a tan-brown or something van and grabbed for it, then a buff guy with shoulder length blond hair jumped behind micheala and grabbed her, placed her in his van and drived off. michaelas friend is the only witness. atleast thats wat wiki says

Garrido was 38...not 18 to early 20s. And according to a photo taken in 1988, he had short hair, not long. And I don't think he had pock marks.

This case always haunted me. This one and the one with the Mom who left the hospital with her newborn baby. The baby was taken from the Mother outside the Hospital. Very Very Sad.
