Nice tutorial. Thanks! Helped me confirm that a washing machine lid switch was actually ok electrically (and confirm that it was a mechanical issue with the switch (broken tab) causing the problem.
@RepairClinic Good deal thanks. Found out my thermal switch was bad. I bypassed the fuse for a second to see if the dryer would start and it did. Have everything unplugged right now till I receive my fuse I ordered. Thanks again.

when I test mine it reads 0.06 bad switch? Thanks.

@sinsemillaman Any number between 0 and 50 ohms of resistance should equal a good switch.
