Its funny how people say they dont understand the ending and/or dont get the ending. Seriously, its not like the guy is literally in a coma. The chorus is pretty self-explanatory on its own. 2 guys have hot girlfriends, lots of friends and think they have it all (Im in a coma). They meet eachother and become friends (someday I will wake up). They eventually fall in love and realize everything before was fake- it wasnt really them, they had made everything up. (and realize I made up everything).
