There is a guy who i have known for almost 3 years and we are really close, i have liked him off and on but, it seems like he likes me cuz of the way he acts around me and like u said he smiles a lot around me "accidently" bumps into me almost sometimes I have asked him out and he paused for like 30 secs and then said "i dont know." and that was like 3 months ago.
