don't u know the keys? 'Q' is C5, and then 'W' is D5... and you can use it to the ']' key. It also works for the keys 'Z' to '/'

Important, The "," is C5 too. Then u have "." D5 and "/" E5.

Then Z is C4, X is D4, C is E4 etc.

Best way to get into making your own melodies is by transcribing others that you hear - I do it all the time when soling in jazz and it easily transfers into other styles of music. It might be hard at first but it'll add to your musical vocabulary and train your ear, then you can take it to the next level by opening a synthesizer and trying to re-create the sound you heard with the melody :-)

Yes it's with Ableton Live. You might have to go through your settings in detail to assign your output device for sound.

I was for a while but once you get a nice keyboard with fancy knobs and stuff and the ability to control how soft or loud you want your notes, it becomes a whole different experience! :-p
