  • This is a fabulous tune, but it has nothing do with the "Gloria" that the Cadillacs and other groups recorded in the '50s and '60s. They are completely different songs. Consequently -- and mercifully -- there is no need to say which is "better." Both songs are wonderfu.

  • Interesting, professional and really well-done. But the Cadillacs had more soul.

  • This is one of my favorite Mills Bro's songs thanks for posting it.

  • This is one of my favorite Mills Bro songs thanks for the post.

  • I dont think this picture is accurate with the song ,,I think one of the brothers died before 1948 when this was recorded,,Dz from the Bean

  • @dzdiesel lol and I think YOUR wrong. John Jr. isnt in this pic. Herb Don Harry and John Sr. are in this pic.

  • Being a hardcore Doowopper,,and growing up with the Cadilacs version being the doowop classic, fhat other groups rated themselves to..This was a refreshing pre-doowop experience..The Mills Bros,,were indeed a smooth group..DZ from the bean

  • Corny they say? I don't think so...The Mills brothers are the BALLZ!

  • Simply the best singers....ever...in my humble opinion.

  • I remember listening to the Mills Brothers when I was a little girl. How fortunate I was to have had the opportunity to enjoy some of the best music in the world.

  • me too. Also the Ink Spots. They were a big part of my childhood.

  • @tldoss2 Ya, these guys and the ink spots and brooke benton, dinah washington too.

  • Dean Martin said his biggest influence on his singing style was the lead singer of the Mills brothers.Great pioneer group, along with the Ink Spots and Three Keys.Thank you,Millsbrothers and Linda

  • @thebigfist

The Mills Brothers were absolutely the benchmark for great music! And of course, I can see why Dean Martin would have been heavily influenced by them!

  • That's poppa upper right!

  • So sad and so great!

  • VOCAL HARMONY AT ITS BEST.....

  • Question: At what point does man reach perfection?

Answer: Every time the Mills Brothers sing. Many people would think this song is corny, but that's because they don't really listen. Have you ever heard anybody sing better than this? And I bet you anything they did it on one take with one microphone.

  • A great song

  • no words ...

i dedicate this song to my all friends on YT.

Have a nice day for all!!!
