Nice gator, gonna be alot of meals made out of him. We can't hunt them that way here, gotta use a bow, harpoon or snatch hook. We are only allowed a pistol or bang stick in the boat when hunting gators. Too all these folks talking about moving into a gator's habitat, what do yall think the area was that you lived in prior to being a city It was habitat of some animal or other that ended up getting killed off so you can live in your lil ol apartment, townhouse or home.
no one has the right to tell them they cannot protect there family, weather it be a 600 gator or a intruder, its there land if they dont want him there its there right to kill it , I do hope they didn't waste the meat though, ammm delicious
@lazy4295 (continued) It lost fear of humans and was abnormally aggressive. They're ambush predators. They DO, IN FACT, hide in flower beds, tall grass, bushes, etc. Places adults might reach for the morning paper, or a child would get a toy or ball. When alligators lose fear of humans, they do NOT have to be provoked to attack, and they make no distinction between a dog or a child. It's all food. The same attack that amputates a hand, arm, or foot of an adult would likely KILL a small child.
@lazy4295 They killed it for a REASON. Yeah, NORMALLY alligators don't attack people and fatalities are rare. But this is NOT normal. And you're WAY off base saying you'd have to jump in and beat an alligator to be attacked. An 89 or 90 year old woman in Florida was attacked ON LAND just walking near the water. She lost her leg. Look it up. This gator was already attacking boats with people in them. It's a pond on a farm, right next to a house. (continued)
Are people seriously this fucking stupid? Alligators do kill people, jackasses. Did you all not read the description? Or the annotations? Alligators aren't endangered either.
Yeah, you kill the animal because it has the potential of killing people... you do realize that it has a brain in the head too right? An alligator won't kill a person unless someone intentionally threatens it, so unless you jump in the water and start punching it, it's not gonna go up on land and eat you.
Even if it's hungry and needs to eat, it's going to look for other animals or fish for food, not humans. The logic is really simple: Leave it alone and it will leave you alone.
@lazy4295 I agree with you ,BUT, there are some undeniable cases where an alligator has attacked children, even though there is an abundance of other food.. So I guess these guys are within their rights to "remove" the gators.
@Kleber231376 They DO relocate small alligators. But at this size, they RETURN. Even from FAR away. It lost fear of humans, attacking boaters. To release it puts a BIG, DANGEROUS predator loose, that could ATTACK, DISMEMBER, and KILL anyone living between there and where it's released. Especially children. Not just in the water. Bushes, flower beds, places people get the morning paper or a child would go for a toy. They killed it for a REASON. Don't bash when you're ignorant on the subject.
@bfibtcod So, should they just LET the alligator threaten them? It was ATTACKING boaters. It had lost fear of humans. How long before it would have killed a child? They don't just stay in the water. They hide in places like flower beds. All it takes is a child to go in for a toy and not see it until it's too late. You can't relocate them, at that size they come back. Bird crap? China? You're grasping at straws, showing your ignorance. Like it or not, they did the right thing.
i grew up on a ranch and i can see how wrong this is. land and water are completely different territories. why dont you kill the birds that fly over your house while your at it? their poop can be carrying diseases that can harm your family and farm. you should check what part of china is under you so that you can deal with those trespassers too.
people do need guns to protect them self from people and ANIMAL! like gators or bears or wolfs or whatever it may be you live. theres always something out there trying to get you and you need to be protected.
Bunch of idiots posting negativity about gator killing. Honestly, what they are doing is right, not wrong. If they move in onto land owned by someone and threaten the livestock or the family, then it is their right kill the damn things. People who disagree with his have the mentality of PETA and due to that, I pity you, people. I pity you. Now get the fuck out and stop watching videos about this if you're going to fucking complain.

@jdokk9 Look kid, you're being an ignorant, judgemental, know-it-all JACKASS, and you don't have a clue. I never said kill all alligators, but it is absolutely NECESSARY to kill some of them. Run away? They're faster than humans. Hillbillies? There's no "hills" here in Louisiana. You don't even have your stereotypes right. They killed it because it was the right thing to do, whether it bothers ignorant outsiders or not. Grow up and learn to keep quiet when you're IGNORANT on the subject.
Many years ago a wealthy man not from Louisiana purchased a Lake Front home on Cross Lake in Shreveport La. His daughter was very young and one summer day as the family was at their boat launch sitting in the sun the little girl neared the ramp. Suddenly a German Shepard began to growl and ran at the child, the Dad thought the dog was about to attack the child, Just as the dog reached the child a gator lunged from the water toward the child, the dog took a direct hit protecting the child.
Continued: This is every day life in Louisiana, many people earn a living killing these preadators, they overrun the swamps if left unchecked. It is more than a way of life it is true survival. The balance of Gaotors is watched and they flourish, and there are many mean agressive old gators waiting on you to make one mistake
You're like...."leave the poor gator alone.... what did he do to you? Besides move into your back yard and threaten to kill your family?.... I mean as long as he's in your yard I'm going to be as ass and tell you you're wrong.... but if he's in my yard and threatening my kids.... I'm going to call these guys to kill it too..... so yea.... I'm a hypocrite"
@jdokk9 Wildlife officials generally do not relocate gators that large, especially when they are large enough to include pets, children, and even adults. Problem is, if your the victim you don't have the chance to make the call.
@bobben47 I just wanted to give you something to think about. Killing is the simplest solution. These animals have the right to live somewhere. these animals don't have the choice to pick a place to live, these people did have this choice.
@jan1035 They didn't kill it because its a gator they killed it because it was dangerous. A 13' gator doesn't grow up in a farm pond, it moves in, either because his habitat no longer supports it. (They eat a lot) Or it was mating season and it was roaming. Most families that live near Gator habitat have lived there for generations. The gator probably had a couple hundred thousand acres to roam in but he approached an area where human safety is of concern.
@Jeff3230 Gator didn't walk into your yard and start threatening you. People like yourself more than likely disturbed where ever it was located, so it moved to your dumb ass back yard. It's one of the longest surviving animals known in the entire universe thus far. To bad he was threatening you though. Can't just tranq it? Or avoid it for a week see if it leaves? He's calling you a hillbilly because before any other option you more than likely had it killed. I wish I could return the favour.
@MrRipon29 so what your saying is we should take our children and feed them to alligators? maybe we should let them in our house, feed them, let them fuck our wives then give it a bed to sleep in too. if you cant figure out why they killed the gator then you should be put in an asylum.
@JHemkO They may be enjoying themselves, but no, they don't just do this for fun. They're licensed nuisance alligator trappers. The way it works here in Louisiana is they either charge a fee if the people who call them want to keep the alligator for the meat, or they keep the alligator and sell it to a processor themselves. Some places in Louisiana, either the police, sheriff deputies or wildlife officers do this. Sometimes the trappers assist law enforcement. Otherwise they work on their own.
@syh11s029 What the hell? How did my reference to a human habituated alligator as a dangerous predator inspire you to suggest a mass murder against innocent people? You're human as well. Do you count yourself among the human "scum" too? Either you're some typical kid getting your jollies indulging some weird fantasy by pretending to be crazy, or you're actually insane and need to be institutionalized. Grow up, or seek psychiatric help.
@OlweCavalas Are you kidding? You ACTUALLY think there aren't a lot of alligators anymore? About two million in Louisiana alone. About 1.5 million in Florida. Millions more across several other southern states. Check your facts.
@OlweCavalas Actually alligator numbers are growing in Louisiana because they are a protected species. Alligators become dangerous real fast (ESPECIALLY if someone feeds them) and nuisance alligators have to be killed because if you just relocate them they will come right back. Sad for the alligator, but that's life in the swamp.
@TheKakos86 They took out an AGGRESSIVE, DANGEROUS PREDATOR, dangerous and aggressive because it lost fear of humans. The next time instead of attacking their boats in the pond, it may have been a child in the yard. They don't just stay in the water, and they hide in places like flower beds and bushes where it's pretty common for a child to go after a lost toy, or maybe a ball that rolls in. You want them to DIE for doing the right thing, making the place safe. You're PATHETIC.
@Stingray8854 " They took out an AGGRESSIVE, DANGEROUS PREDATOR " in that case you should arm yourself go to your nearest mall and unleash every round on every human scum in there because no predator is as bad as humans, and i also hate PETA
So you actually just want to kill all alligators so u can be safe?
If you were that alligator, would you like to be killed too just for doing whats right in your opinion? Jesus fucking christ, fucking ignorant hillbillies.
Get a fucking clue shit head! This is on peoples land right beside their fucking house moron!!!! It moved into their private pond! Before making a total shit head of yourself you really should think about the fact you have no idea what's going on here!
@nothingbettertodosoo It IS animal control. Licenced nuisance alligator trappers. They killed it for a REASON. They CAN'T just release it. Large alligators COME BACK. Even from over 100 miles away. Here in Louisiana small gators up to about 4-5 feet ARE released, because the instinct to return isn't developed yet. But to relocate a mature, aggressive gator with no fear of humans puts anyone living between there and where it's released in danger. Especially children. So yes, this was necessary.
was this really neccesary? why not use plan b and have animal control people come take it out and release it somewhere safe just like they do when alligators end up in pools? you cant say that wouldnt have been better.
@EmoniDaBest There are millions of kids, not so many gators. These dumb cunt rednecks give our whole species a bad name. Unsubscribing because of this arrogant and apathetic display.
@EmoniDaBest like i already said, animal control could have taken it out just like they do in pools...plus that "pond" is HUGE! I DOUBT ANYBODY WOULD GET HURT WITH THAT THING AROUND! do you really think the gator is going to come up to the farm and hurt someone? i bet that thing would barely come out of the water. now YOU know why they SHOULDNT have done what they did. and for the record i hate people like you who cant seem to find a logical solution to ANYTHING AT ALL!
@nothingbettertodosoo well if you wanted the gators to live next to your family farm then so be it. what ever happens, happens. im just trying to say i dont want to take that risk. its my opinion, and some people are more protective than others.
@kdc43 I had to look back, but you're the delusional moron who insisted that this is some wasteful, pork barrel, liberal project wasting tax dollars. I told you, in no uncertain terms that it's not, and now you're back with more stupidity. I'm not your "son", and I'm no liberal. I don't know what the hell your major malfunction is, but you need to solve it. You're like eight different kinds of crazy. Buzz off, idiot.
yo i got a 2 fuckin lil neice. n if i lived in this area.. n those alligators were near my household. i wouldnt wait for no license to kill em.. id make sure my yard was safe for them to play in and be worry free.
@edinbruah so if a gator moved into your private pond (especially if you had kids around) you just let it reproduce into a whole pond of gators. human life is way more important that animal life
@littlejlw Look jackass, you act as if I'm blowing this way out of proportion. I KNOW alligator attacks are rare. But still, they're happening FAR more often lately. So until you actually live here and they show up and threatening YOUR kids, you can take your stupid "gecko" references and your statistics, roll them into a ball, shove them up your arrogant little ass, and set fire to them.
@shadow65747 yes think because as humans our mental capacity is much higher no to mention there were neanderthals who didint destroy land and respected animals more and were more peaceful and less violent towards others and guess what there extinct all this in the end helps us survive
Poor gator, instead of placing it in a fucking zoo they fucking headshot it? Damn...
I do see why it had to be killed, but laughing about it after you did so seems a little inhumane to me. It's ok that they killed the animal to protect humans but at least show some respect ..Rednecks
@kirielvids u dont get it? when a alligator start attacking human and when eat them, its gonna get a good taste of them and spawn more teaching its young to hunt down human
@GrandNecro i mean why are people getting mad at these guys for shooting the gators. the gators are a danger, removing them would be expensive, not to mention pointless because they would probably just come back.
@kirielvids so basically when you go to the wild swamps to actually look for gators is the same as waiting for one coming into your house?? your logic tells me that your parents are probably sibblings
@minimonster711 It's not the cost. Gator trappers here in Louisiana relocate small alligators often. But big ones RETURN. Around 5-6 feet, they develop a homing instinct. Small ones don't have it. They stay away. But big ones return from over 100 miles. You'd have an aggressive predator in the area with over 2,000 lbs bite force, no fear of humans, hides in places like flower beds, and makes no distinction between a dog or a child as prey. Those who oppose this don't see the REALITY of it.
gona make example : hey look a mexican got in the us whitout asking let head shot him and laft at it wile we are here bunch of fuck tards .... can people do their job and not laft at it wile killing something that did not do anything
I hate humans. Why must they put down the alligator? Why can't they just move it to another pond. See? Human do unnecessary stuff like that because they wanna kill. Animal cruelty.
@BlackimusMaximum and waste thousands of dollars of resources, that we could put into hospitals or orphanages, on one fucking alligator. i think u need to rethink which action is unnecessary, sir. im no redneck like these guys, but i completely support them.
@BlackimusMaximum Next time you sit down to a steak dinner think about that poor cow that was just walking down a chute then BAM dead as a door nail. The cow is the most docile of beasts, yet it is our food. Now take a beast like a gator that can kill you and you cry because it had to die. Hypocracy at it's finest.
@THfizzle24 These ARE the pros, and YOU are the dumb shit here, insulting people when you don't know what the hell you're talking about. Yes, the pros kill large, human-habituated, aggressive alligators, because to just release them somewhere else doesn't work. They COME BACK, even from over 100 miles away. This puts anyone living between where it's captured and released in danger of attack, especially children. Keep your derogatory ignorance to yourself.

1994saphira 1 month ago
@JHemkO They may be enjoying themselves, but no, they don't just do this for fun. They're licensed nuisance alligator trappers. The way it works here in Louisiana is they either charge a fee if the people who call them want to keep the alligator for the meat, or they keep the alligator and sell it to a processor themselves. Some places in Louisiana, either the police, sheriff deputies or wildlife officers do this. Sometimes the trappers assist law enforcement. Otherwise they work on their own.
Stingray8854 1 month ago
@kirievids no it's not because you put down mousetraps to prevent that they eat your grain. These guys in the video just do it for fun don't they?
JHemkO 1 month ago
@syh11s029 What the hell? How did my reference to a human habituated alligator as a dangerous predator inspire you to suggest a mass murder against innocent people? You're human as well. Do you count yourself among the human "scum" too? Either you're some typical kid getting your jollies indulging some weird fantasy by pretending to be crazy, or you're actually insane and need to be institutionalized. Grow up, or seek psychiatric help.
Stingray8854 1 month ago
@OlweCavalas Are you kidding? You ACTUALLY think there aren't a lot of alligators anymore? About two million in Louisiana alone. About 1.5 million in Florida. Millions more across several other southern states. Check your facts.
Stingray8854 1 month ago
THIS IS THE REASON WHY THERE AREN'T ALOT OF ALLIGATORS ANYMORE!
OlweCavalas 1 month ago
@OlweCavalas Actually alligator numbers are growing in Louisiana because they are a protected species. Alligators become dangerous real fast (ESPECIALLY if someone feeds them) and nuisance alligators have to be killed because if you just relocate them they will come right back. Sad for the alligator, but that's life in the swamp.
anzhelo4ka 1 month ago
@TheKakos86 They took out an AGGRESSIVE, DANGEROUS PREDATOR, dangerous and aggressive because it lost fear of humans. The next time instead of attacking their boats in the pond, it may have been a child in the yard. They don't just stay in the water, and they hide in places like flower beds and bushes where it's pretty common for a child to go after a lost toy, or maybe a ball that rolls in. You want them to DIE for doing the right thing, making the place safe. You're PATHETIC.
Stingray8854 1 month ago 2
@Stingray8854 " They took out an AGGRESSIVE, DANGEROUS PREDATOR " in that case you should arm yourself go to your nearest mall and unleash every round on every human scum in there because no predator is as bad as humans, and i also hate PETA
syh11s029 1 month ago
@Stingray8854 Then run away.
So you actually just want to kill all alligators so u can be safe?

TheKakos86 1 month ago
@nothingbettertodosoo It IS animal control. Licenced nuisance alligator trappers. They killed it for a REASON. They CAN'T just release it. Large alligators COME BACK. Even from over 100 miles away. Here in Louisiana small gators up to about 4-5 feet ARE released, because the instinct to return isn't developed yet. But to relocate a mature, aggressive gator with no fear of humans puts anyone living between there and where it's released in danger. Especially children. So yes, this was necessary.

Stingray8854 2 months ago
man everyone keeps saying that this animals are predators.
but if you think the human is the worst predator of all.
we dont just kill them we make them to purses.
we dont share world with them we ruin it.
think about the little fact that we all are killers.
even vegetarians.
everyone ho lives in a house is taking animals natural life area.
how would you react if an elefant is destroying youre house???
think about it.
shadow65747 2 months ago
@shadow65747 yes think because as humans our mental capacity is much higher no to mention there were neanderthals who didint destroy land and respected animals more and were more peaceful and less violent towards others and guess what there extinct all this in the end helps us survive

i don't wanna hold a aligator in the mounth :O
Linus609 2 months ago
@minimonster711 It's not the cost. Gator trappers here in Louisiana relocate small alligators often. But big ones RETURN. Around 5-6 feet, they develop a homing instinct. Small ones don't have it. They stay away. But big ones return from over 100 miles. You'd have an aggressive predator in the area with over 2,000 lbs bite force, no fear of humans, hides in places like flower beds, and makes no distinction between a dog or a child as prey. Those who oppose this don't see the REALITY of it.

The cow is the most docile of beasts, yet it is our food. Now take a beast like a gator that can kill you and you cry because it had to die. Hypocracy at it's finest.
TheDean283 1 month ago
@THfizzle24 These ARE the pros, and YOU are the dumb shit here, insulting people when you don't know what the hell you're talking about. Yes, the pros kill large, human-habituated, aggressive alligators, because to just release them somewhere else doesn't work. They COME BACK, even from over 100 miles away. This puts anyone living between where it's captured and released in danger of attack, especially children. Keep your derogatory ignorance to yourself.
