It's a rebroadcast of BBC World News. It's repeated on some local frequencies depending on where you go.

I guess it is considered..."BBC Worldwide". That might be found on Public Radio stations in Chicago.
Yea, I'm not certain who the affiliates are that rebroadcast it but it's definitely a BBC broadcast. That's a phone interview with the leader of the Green Party in Australia in regards to an emissions regulation bill that fell apart as I recall.
Where are the cash lanes in this barrier?
They are on the left for some reason. Normally they are on the right.
