BUT, the extra power you get is almost not measurable. I think it is the sound that makes you feel going faster.

Leo Vince would certainly argue with that, I am sure. Even with a measly 1HP increase, it's still a tremendous boost to the performance of a little scooter like this, at least the owner in this video swears by it. Plus it sounds great, too!

Thanks for the comment! The rider you see in this video, the owner, claims that he got so much more horsepower after the upgrade he had to re-learn the throttle with much more finesse. So much more power gained he doesn't think he will ever reach the max potential. Also, doesn't it sound great! That's the great little microphone on the Sony camera and a little volume boost during post-editing. In real life, it sounds every bit as it did in the video.
