  • ¡Fantásticos!

  • yay its nice .... very nice

  • Beautiful.

  • wo ist dein bruder? where`s your brother? donde esta tu hermano?

    t h a t was great!

  • wow this is SERIOUS!

  • Was that last tune Fermoy Lasses?

  • cool! PS: relax your shoulder when you play the flute, you will have a better and louder sound :D

  • Hey PJ listen, can I be honest with you man.....I been a subscriber for over a year now......I love your music...me n the kids dance around the house to it all the time!

But I got to be honest with you bro, your work with your brother is much better!! More joyful, spontaneous and LIVE!!! IT just rocks more with you and the little bro! No offense to Steban, he's good and talented ....but you n the little bro ROCK and are WAY TIGHTER TOGETHER MAN!

    Thnx for listening,

    Chris

    Thanks for the music!!

  • I'd agree, although your playing with the Bachands is also phenomenal. But you and your bro just click. And you could totally make a cd, i don't know why you don't. If your youtube vids sound as good as they do, then a cd would be great.

  • @cjwilk Steban on the other hand is tighter to Irish music, it just fits. I mean, he just plays the background and lets PJ sound really well.

PJ, when will you submit some new video?

  • You listen to a lot of Mat Molloy and Carlos Nunes records don´t you? :-)

    Well done!

  • How did you start learning the tin whistle and Irish flute? That's amazing man. Also that's just a giant recorder yeh?

  • That´s a Dixon polymer Low Whistle. It is tuned in F. I hate it when people always think the Low Whistle is a recorder :P

  • @abraxas123

tch.... Low Whistle = Recorder??!!! NEVER!!

  • Nope, far from a recorder.

  • Incredibly good! Keep it up!

  • A question: have you written these tunes yourself? Or just made an arragement of traditional ones?

  • Just traditional.

  • man i would do anything to be able to play the whistle like you!!!!...Awesome ass job both of y'all!!!

  • Love it all, as usual I find you faultless PJ and excellent work from Steban. Whats happened to your brother PJ, too good for you now is he ? :P

  • good job!!

  • Guau!! Bravo!! Me he quedado flipada, la verdad.

  • It's great, thank you!

  • Je trouve même plus les mots en anglais pour le dire... c'est simplement trop beau.

  • Fantastico!!Como siempre.Gracias por engancharme al whistle.

  • Did you learn Custy´s/John Brady´s from McGoldrick? I´ve only heard McGoldrick and Emer Mayock´s versions. In the beginning I watched a medley from Mcgoldrick where he played Custy´s, and I never thought I would be able to learn it properly from the sound of it, but I´ve obviously gotten better as I now know how to play it in a decent way. I have to add it to my reportoir : )

  • Very nice, ya'll! Does Steban play in DADGAD or what?..

  • yep

  • i love you. every time i watch your videos i fall in love all over again! the music is great and makes me want to go to ireland :)

  • you guys are rediculously good. Like im speechless every time i watch one of your videos. Please make a cd. I will pay almost any price. Lunasa has nothing on you ;)

  • So you guys gig right? You must. I can't see how people wouldn't pack a bar or even a coffee shop to listen to you play. Great work as usual. Thanks for sharing.

  • Hurry up and make a CD man!!:)

  • what's the diff between a reel and a jig?

  • The rhythm. They have different time signatures.

  • Reel is in 4 and jig is in 6

  • Jig and Reels are both traditional folk tunes from Scotland and Ireland. They are usually playet at a standard speed of 120 bpm. The difference is given by the rythm: Jig is a 6/8 - Reel is 2/2

  • Irish reels are in 4/4 actually...

  • That's why the movie is called JIGS (6/8) and Reels (4/4)... ;)

  • Amo esa cancion.

Es muy dificil de encontrar shows en vivo de este tipo de musica :(

  • Hey, that sounds absolutely beautiful! What generation whistle are you playing for the first set??

  • I love that big low tin whistle :)

  • Good stuff gang!

  • Grandi! You are great, go ahead!

  • sounding a ok

  • Great music !

  • another great one again mate, get on recording )

    love the sound.

  • Brilliant! I cant wait until you finally record a CD. If you keep this up you will be one of the great whistle/flute players of our time. Good job on the guitar as well : )

  • lovely!! :-) :-)

    Sehr Gut!
