A compenent lead(like the standard xbox 360 cable) isn't the same as a hdmi cable. If you have an xbox 360, you can really see the difference. But your review is pretty ok, but do something about the sound. I could barely hear you:)

yep it is boring. i do the same stuff that ashens does but somehow his reviews are fantastic and mine is just shite. btw i would say get a better camera (choppy framerate + blurry picture really makes videos look crap) but other than that they are ok. plus to make the videos look really good use editing software (windows movie maker is the one i use and recommend, its free and piss easy to use)
dude... can you do anything about the audio quality?

Yes. I can use my dvd recorder to get the footage at its original quality, but i dont think its nessesary

this was done pretty good. also the new camera quality is really good. also the sound on the new one is really clear
