I know Doug Pinnick... he's a badass mother fucker. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet and one hell of a bassist. He bleeds talent . The fact he is gay or black is irrelevant but, his multi platnium records and 30 years of success in the buisness is relevant. Wiccans wear a pentagram pointing upwards, because the five points symbolize the four elements, plus spirit or soul. Spirit is placed above the elements or earthly matters. Satanic pentragrams point downwards, placing earthly things above spiritual matters. I wouldn't wanna mess with someone with a downward pentagram.

@ericoulthwaite Yep, I actually knew that. My mom's wiccan, so she wears a pentagram all the time. The difference is whether the pentagram is pointing upwards or downwards. Wiccans wear a pentagram pointing upwards, because the five points symbolize the four elements, plus spirit or soul. Spirit is placed above the elements or earthly matters. Satanic pentragrams point downwards, placing earthly things above spiritual matters. I wouldn't wanna mess with someone with a downward pentagram.

@Ratabulous Pentagrams are not satanic. They are simply all power symbols. The early church spread propaganda that all "pagan" items as such were of the devil. Is the six sided star of David even more satanic given the deceivers number written in the book of Revelation? None of them are toys when used as such though... Warfare is for real Bra. Claim none of them with out the training and the guidance to use them. Best to just read the book and be thankful yes?

@rocnrolson6 Hey dude! :) I know that most pentagrams are not Satanic. When the star is pointing upwards, it's the symbol of the Wiccan religion, based around nature and the elements. The five points represent the four elements, as well as spirit, which, in the Wiccan religion, points upwards, placing spirit before earthly things. In the Satanic religion, the pentagram points downwards, representing earthly things before spiritual matters. It's the symbol of the Church of Satan. Peace! :)
