Malaysian Police can park in "no parking zone", can extort money from tourists and locals, can bully the citizens, but they cannot trace the criminals and thieves, they need to bring some experts from FBI to chase a the abductor(s) of Sharlinie and the like. Malaysia is Truly Asia. I learned the real meaning of this in my trip to this country last year.
