Why didn't the guy just jump to the other side of the track the first train passed on? Wasn't that the direction he was going anyway? That's what makes me think this is faked. Besides, how can someone not hear or feel a train coming right at them? Unless it was this guy's first day on the job he must have had something more important on his mind than getting hit by a locomotive. However, it is damn entertaining!

@missdawnweir, This and comments here talking about shadows prove nothing. After the first jump the train comes and casts a huge shadow. So most of his shadow mostly disappears since the train is blocking most of the suns light. The reason it's mostly and not completely is because there is ambient and diffuse light on earth and in the atmosphere. That means faint light shines from above and all angles from the sky. So that's why his faint shadow can still be seen while in the larger shadow

cont' - of the train.  Shadows don't mean there's complete blackness. It just means there is LESS light as some of the light source is removed. However, there is always light. Also when you look at the three trains, they each cast similar shadows. So all this talk about it being at different times of the day isn't true. If it's not real, then these shadows are not the proof and it goes deeper than that. That said, I think it's probably a real video even if used for an ad.

@missdawnweir you obviously dont know too much about shadows and camera exposure. the sun is either an hour or so before or after its highest point in the sky in this location which explains the sharp angle of the shadow casting off of the train. if you look closely at the shadow casting off of the train, you can clearly see that he is not totally covered because his shadow is present with the train's shadow. if he has a shadow, he is lit. if he is lit, then hes visible to the camera.

@missdawnweir actually half of him is covered by the shadow. the shadow is at an angle from the top of the train to its furthest point., making a triangle. Half of his body is within the triangle of the shadow the other half is exposed to the sun... you can see his shadow.

VERY much doubt if this is faked.

If you watch the clip frame by frame (or in slo-mo), you clearly see him disappear into the train's shadow. At 0:13, he is emerging from the shadow - remember, the shadow will be triangular in the vertical plane ie lower down the further you get from the train.

@lilnicky3520 Exactly!, at the angle in which he jump he should have fall on the ground on his back or his side considering the pull of the train as he body was on its way down. Also, I have not seen even an olympic jumper jump that far backwards. As he bounced back to the 1st track from the one he jump off he has almost no reaction; the tracks should have been extremely hot from the friction of the metal wheels rolling at high speed, and yet he rolls over with no reaction to it. .. IS FAKE!!!
