Silva wasn't as bad as people said he was in his last fight. Cote took some knees and punches that dropped other guys he's fought, notably the flying knee he tagged him with in the first round.

Win or lose, he's fighting on the main card for some event out there.

I know he's not an undercard figher. But would you rather see him released and go headline a strikeforce card against Babalu or Tito. Or have him remain in the UFC and if need be fight on the undercard once or twice to get back into the "Shitle" picture and face guys like Rashad, Lyoto, Forrest again, maybe even Anderson.

I know Chuck is known for his takedown defense but I seriously think he really sick of people saying how he's old and predictable and to switch it up he will go for takedowns as well. If he doesn't do it for some gnp he'll do it to win close rounds like he did again Wandy.

I'm betting on Shogun based on the fact that in the last four of Liddell has been the favorite he's lost them. 2:1 against Rampage, 6:1 against Technoviking, 3:1 against Evans.

No clue how Shogun will win but Liddell is definitely overvalued now.

shogun vs liddel is seriously a toss up fight for me I can see it going to either fighter. Im letting my coworker pick the fighter for that fight for our betting. I didn't think that Anderson's last showing was a bad one either. He was playing around with Cote and still winning the fight convincingly. It was kind of just like "Yeah i'm going to play around for a bit and when I feel like punching or kicking you in the face i'm going to." And then he would throw one punch or one kick and nearly knock the dude out. Was just unfortunate that Cote owned himself before the fight was over.

The Shogun vs Chuck match up is the worst fight for me to watch as an MMA fan. I have a great deal of respect for both of them as fighters but I don't personally like either of the two so I don't know who to root for. I also don't want to see either of them lose because both of them really need to win this fight. MMA is so difficult sometimes!

I agree with most of your predictions, except I think Hardonk will beat Kongo...I was a UFC 85 when he beat Sanchez, imo was the best fight of the night, even though it was 1st on the undercard. sorry about the double post, but what makes this fight about rua vs chuck interesting but kind of one sided if chuck loses it will be just a normal loss he just wont get a title shot, and if rua loses theres no doubt not only will it be a loss and a title shot wont be given he probly wont have a chance to fight in the ufc ever again, your defenitly right thou about chuck even if he loses it will just be normal but on the otherhand if rua loses it will be catastropic

Shogun, if he's to win, it has to be by knock out or submission in the 1st 2 rounds. I just don't see his cardio being that much better to perform at 100% for 3 rounds just yet.

TKO in the 1st round is very possible, I think Shogun will try to finish it early, with lots of pressure, rather than risk going the distance.
