  • He added red food dye to this? Please be aware that this is a poison and at the very least don't feed red food dye to the children. I'm sure there is a way to get the color you want using a real food.

Good food is one of the few ways for a great life.

  • I love this guy!

  • @Salahuddin2009a Bahaha, you're ignorance makes me up laugh. You determine what food you will eat based on politics? Oh man oh man, you're missing out on some really good food then! Meh. Your loss. More for me to eat. :D

  • I am so glad you mentioned the sugar part, I always add little sugar for balance too and my mom ALWAYS makes fun of me for that, so I will show her this video hehe. Thanks a ton!

  • what if i add yoghurt instead of cream?

  • @moewishaw it won't change the taste much - I've done it, and haven't found much difference in the cheap (thinner) brands of yogurt vs. the expensive greek kinds. I don't recommend non-fat though.

  • Really good! Thank you for making this a fun and interesting to watch (many other chefs seem pretty boring)!

  • Seriously? It's a very popular dish in Indian/Pakistani restaurants, you might also see it as Murgh Makhni

  • yummm my friend's mom made some for me, who have never had any indian food before, and it was sooo good.

I might actually attempt this my spare time xD

    INCLUDING YOU and I MUST

    COOK WELL.

  • @MegaOhdangletsbang he is speaking in english

  • Awesome, followed the receipe exactly to the chef's video (minus the cream and food color) and it turned out to be very very tasty. When he says don't try to get the color with tomatoes only, he means it. Mine Butter Chicken was a little on the sour side, but I tried to hide it with some more spices and garam masala; it may not be for everybody. Excellent..., bravo VahChef.

  • thanks a lot...it's really tasty.....

  • plz if you r not interested in any of his cooking don't Torture ur eyes watching it, and no body forced u to watch it. some times when i cook i don't know the correct ingredient, but i know how much my food needs spice to taste wonderful, get lost u idiots.

  • @MrBotely , looks like you are the choot for writing such poor english and someone who know nothing of cooking. How can you lower yourself so much -what an ignorant and stupid person!! Thanks Vah chef for your lovely site and please do ignore freaks like Mr. Botely

  • @skadouchalicous :you look & sound like his " bitch ", thats why in so much of agony over my comment .LOL. And as far as my English is concerned , why don't you check your grammer first ,n then comment? And how are you so sure of my knowledge of cooking? This choot called TUMMA and likes of him are a big blot on chefs community , and bastardising the cusine day in &day out .And people like you endorse them n turn traditional cusine into crap.Be happy with your choot called TUMMA and his B/C

  • @MrBotely Well, let's see your video on Butter Chicken if you can do better. Otherwise, stfu!

  • @Cutchswife : MY DEAR you can come down to BUKHARA @ITC HOTEL THE MAURYA LUXURY COLLECTION ,NEW DELHI at S.P. MARG "WORLDS BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT ". and taste what I make , allright ,and decide for yourself . I dont endorse scumbags like these , trying to take a shot at fame by video blogging and Bastardising the beautiful cusine of NORTHWEST FRONTIERE."adding ketchup" and calling it butter chicken ......CARDINAL SIN in Culinary.

  • This is weird...how come whenever I try to reply to this dumb c*nt, youtube does not allow me?

  • How come I can't post on this anymore?

  • Love how much sugar and salt he adds when he says "just add a little bit"

  • This recipe is awsome!!! just finished making it, didn't taste complicated but had everything in it that actually makes butter chicken yummy. Thank you chef I'm trying all your other recipes :)

  • I tried this recipe and it turned out to be a hit..! Thank u chef.

  • lol press 5 "Blood"

  • My first go at cooking butter chicken and I followed this recipte and it was the best butter chicken I have ever tasted. Only thing I changed is I added my home made chicken stock instead of water . Was a bit pricey getting all the ingrediants and a blender though.

  • LOL @ 7:51 ooooooooooooo yawa yawa yawa!

  • What are the ingredient quantities?

  • this guy is hilarious.. I love the part when he says 'just put a lil bit' and i see a handful of sugar/salt. This is def not for people wants to loose weight LOL. Overall nice creating it

  • it's not perfect!!!

he has not added many spices!!!

  • pause at 0:20

  • i have tried this recipe and it is really good....i will recommend this to anyone.....everybody loves it...

  • the best cuisine is Indian and Arab Gulf cuisine , since many Arab Gulf foods are inspired from Indian food

  • @bawain bs

  • @goatisgreat y dont u stick tht bs up ur mouth since u dont knw good food

the best thing u ate in ur life is tht bull shit

  • Can I use ghee instead of butter?

  • To him... Everything is "A little bit" how do I know how much of each ingredient to put ? LOL.

  • @Shawooook do it by taste..most cooks I know dont use measuring tools unless its a science like baking.

  • @Shawooook Loool.

  • @Shawooook it all depends on the person.. some might like it extra spicy.. some might like with less salt.. initially you have to do trial and error only.. with practice.. you'll know.. I learnt it that way, and I m cooking pretty decently these days..

  • @Shawooook You should try going to his site like he said in the video. All the ingredients and their quantities are listed there. Duh.

  • @Shawooook ha ha.. we kinda say like that.. we are not too specific in any matter..

  • @Shawooook go to.vahrehva

  • @Shawooook Yes a little bit, don't you cook? "a little bit" means throw some in there and not alot! EXPERIMENT GIRL AND YOU WILL GET IT RIGHT! A little bit means "to taste" so go for it! any questions, ask me

  • @Shawooook a little bit!!! lol It's supposed to be "to your taste"

  • @Shawooook Regarding quantity / amounts of ingredients: Take some time and put spices in the palm of your hand, measuring tblsp / tsp / and so on until you get used to what 'feels' right. Much of Indian cooking is dynamic, so don't get caught up in exact amounts.

The upside is once you're done your hands smell terrific, and the turmeric stains will remind you to wash your hands before rubbing your eyes with pepper juices!

    Happy cooking!

  • @Shawooook the details of this recipe is on his website.

  • @Shawooook taste it! :)

  • I cooked this following his exact recipe. It only looks like butter chicken, but doesnt taste like the butter chicken you find in restaurants.

  • The chef is absolutely hilarious! Yet, very talented. Bravo and thanks for sharing such delightful recipes!

  • So....... just put about a thousand ingredients in a blender and cook chicken with it? ......

  • This guy Tadaaan knows how to cook...it is indeed one of the best butter chicken recipe...Well done.

  • For all the people laughing at this, just think what guys like this chef think when they see uptight, serious, tight assed pasty people like ourselves. He's having a great time cooking, and we're so damn miserable and having such a shit time in our lives, we want to rain on his parade because he's happier than a pig in shit. Not too bright, my friends. Not too f-king bright.

  • @surfer53 dnt b serious dude.. work with a smile..

  • I never heard of butter chicken.

  • @1105Chance it is to die for. All the ingredients short of the fenugreek leaves are easy to find, and butter chicken freezes well.

  • @surfer53 also he will be eating really well every day whilst the miserable people will not be. completely their loss! :)

  • @surfer53 Exactly! People just dont like seeing others happy -___- My life is so depressing at the moment and its nice to see a happy person :D Hes helpful too. People will never be satisfied with anything honestly.

  • Did u put butter in the "same" pan ???

  • Tadaaan .... lol luv u

  • I love this guy and I love the part when he adds ketchup. He is great :)

  • can some body pls tell me what is makhni sasue colour, and where i can get it ? at 6:03, thanx

  • @MrKill2live he used red food color....

  • 7:13 Well, the cat is out of the fucking bag now, chef. I see what you did thurr.

  • lol @ the way he says tomatoes

  • this guy is a genius, his chicken 65 is a wow...my friends and family love it.

  • pause at 0:29 lol it looks funny

  • Don't tell anyone about the ketchup trick! more than one million views, but don't tell anyone!! lol

  • takes a fistful of salt and sugar

    says don't add too much

  • and give me a LIL BIT of that with naan!

  • If this site is for all of us please send my share of money , i guess u are earning lot of money

  • Thanks A lot Chef!

Me and My Mom Made It at home...And Guess what??

    Everyone Loved It <3

    Keep Up The Good Work!

  • Looks great, but where are your measurements? Little bit of this and little bit of that makes it hard to try to replicate this recipe.

  • ou need to learn the act of providing correct measurements and temperatures, random or approx quantities like "2 packets"," little bit of milk"are absolute rubbish way of teaching people who love to cook. I like your end product but you need to make changes as in mentioning right quantities and talking slowly. You have a thick accent and its difficult to understand but i really try hard to follow so i can cook Indian food being british my love for indian food is never ending cheers.

  • @xessluv Quit going on this if you find it rubbish. Thick accent? Learn to open your ears more. If you can't, go find someone else's video with accurate measurements.

  • @gottisgoon28 Thanks for your useless suggestion because to begin with the question was not directed towards you and i have my right to comment in his channel. He has a hand to cook so can he reply back as well, so take your happy umbrella of suggestions and shove it where the sun doesnt shine. Last but not the least i dont give a rats ass about your opinion. Like you said you dont like what i said then move on and read other comments.

  • @xessluv Nope. I like looking for morons like you. What the heck does being British have anything in relevance with loving Indian food. And, yeah.....he does have hands to cook but not reply back to insolent fools that call his ways rubbish. Indian people like him are usually shy people and tend to back off from arguments. Which is why he chooses not to say anything...or maybe, he does not have time for morons like you. And, what the sh!t kinda expression is an umbrella of suggestions?

  • @gottisgoon28 : Awww...poor baby crying her/hiseyes off, why dont you run to mummy eh!!!. well let me tell you some thing darling it takes one to know one you" MORON". Well if you were worldly traveled then you might know what is the connection between indian food and british ppl. Poor you trying too hard to prove that you are not a f**k bucket but u need to try little more harder, btw Indian ppl are shy..please..shy my arse. As far as expressions goes its beyond your level of ur missing brain.

  • I bet you have no idea other the spit of a place you live in, so bore other with your questions about indian food related to britain. Why dont you cry your eyes off you little twit and call yourself shy.....poor you.

  • @gottisgoon28 awwwww ....run to mummy you little twit
