hi, i also think that he was a intelligent guy who was an outstanding songwriter. but i have to say that his guitar skill was not so good, but who cares. i like it rough, that´s punkrock. and i have to say that when you can play guitar, you can also play simple basslines, cause these instruments are quite close. but he could play the drums too, well, also on a amateur level but not as bad as i thought when i read about it.
