Ofc he's not as doctory as David. It's because he's not David's Doctor, he's his own. You can't judge one personality of the Doctor by comparing him to the others. Thats like saying to a kid "why can't you be more like your sister/brother?"

I heard about a Christmas Special they would make in the future with Matt Smith , David Tennant , Christopher Eccleston and maybe the Doctor before him . ( It could be possible , we already saw an episode in which the Tenth Doctor met another Doctor , the Fifth i think )
They have the human version of the tenth doctor with Rose they could bring back some how. That would be David having a camio in future episodes. that would be cool.

@antony492 The green stuff is for effects, like green screen. The green parts will be replaced with whatever makeup added on by the effects department.
