And because of this the evidence is considered SOUND. Science is also REVISABLE based on newer evidence. Quick thought experiment. If you were to put new born babies in a locked room and never let then out until they died of natural causes , because they were never taught religion , do they go to hell? Reproduction could work by any number of different ways that we don't understand because of our constraints in this world. Also, I would call perfection eternity - therefore no need for reproduction. @bvsandman Faith is a belief in something w/ out evidence and has no place in science. Scientific observations are TESTABLE, REPEATABLE, DOCUMENTED, and SUBJECT TO REVIEW. And because of this the evidence is considered SOUND. Science is also REVISABLE based on newer evidence. FAITH is absolute but open to MANY interpritations. btw I don't know what schools u have attended, but I have done numerous amounts of expirements: HS chemistry, bio, physics, college O-chem, env. bio, physics.

Yes, but "God has a plan for everyone." Christians believe that God knows what will happen before it happens, so He knows when he creates a person that they will be "bad." God could just not create people who will do bad... it wouldn't mean He is dictating anymore than He is now.

cause I'm pretty sure most atheists have thought about that quite a bit, and came to a different conclusion...
do you think its possible that you just don't know enough about the world to understand why it is we came to be? I can't say I understand, but the idea of a god seems ridiculous to me. especially the idea of god that christians have... and the idea of the after life christians believe.
i'm risking eternity in hell with my beliefs, and im not worried at all

all i'm hearing is what was said in the bible, the bible was written by men, changed over time until modern time right now, i don't hear any scientific evidence he's talking about, he's just saying what was said in the bible, idk what the hell the nose and mouth air conditioning crap had to do anything and considering the fact that he said its a condition system, we've made up these cuss words ourselves and all christians just go ahead and say that's a sin to say any of those words we made up

I have to seriously question if guys like Ray Comfort have actually read the whole chapter of Exodus or just chapter 20 which gives the Ten Commandments.
The chapter of Exodus condones slavery including selling your daughter into slavery.
It commands murdering your children just for cursing at you, yes the same chapter that says 'thou shalt not murder'.
It commands that you put to death anyone you catch working on the Sabbath.
Why do Christians ignore everything in Exodus except for the 10 Cs?

Let's just say Atheists do believe the universe was created out of nothing. How does saying a god created the universe do anything but add an extra step? Instead of the universe being created out of nothing now we have the universe being created by a god that was created out of nothing.

"My unbelief doesn't negate realities". Uh Ray know one looks at a speeding truck coming right towards them and says "I don't believe in trucks". We know that trucks are a reality because everyone sees them and is aware of their existence. Likewise, the painting is not proof of the painter the fact that the majority has seen a painter at some point (be it in person or in the media) and the painter painting. People don't believe in God because only a few people claim to have seen him.

I have never been to Sweden, Brazil or Canada. I can't tell you anything about those countries except that two are cold and one is the best at soccer. How can someone tell u about heaven or hell if no one has been to either place? I only know life here on Earth. To the persons that are reading this, do you trust me? all though you have never seen me, heard my voice, gotten a kiss or hug from me? Debate is healthy. The problem comes when we stop questioning each other. Do you want people to succumb to your opinion that debate gets us no where? That's your opinion. Not mine. Everyone does have their own beliefs, sometimes I want to hear them, some times they are down right ridiculous and other times there is wisdome. THINK. There is no harm in it.

That is ridiculous. Giving up when the fighting gets rough is pathetic. Should we allow a mass murder to keep killing people just because it is difficult to stop him? If someone is doing something destructive, it is important to stop the menace. If someone is spouting dangerous ideas and people agree, those ideas must be challenged. Appeasement doesn't work. Proof of this would be WWII.
