@Yahcna lol no problem. That's good to know actually because while NatraCare and OrganyC are good, they don't do a great job for the heavy days which equals more pads, which equals more money because they come with about 10 in a box :-/
I started using chlorine free maxi pads about 6-7 months ago. I can't believe the difference!!! My period used to last 7 days, and now it's down to about 4-5 days.
You can also my sister make your own menstrual pads which are much healthier then tampons. Also floravital and floradix are excelelnt iron sources with herbs especially for pregnancy and one is yeast free. yeast can be common in pregnancy.
