My favourite match ever ive reviewed this on so many sites. Both men are amazing Shawn plays the desperate face so believably and Mankind is an absolute psycho. Five Stars my only WWE match that receives 5 stars

It looked like Michaels was getting legitimately pissed just beforehand, yeah. Then he came back from the corner and just started pummeling Foley.

@fagbert It was a planned spot, according to Michaels. Foley wanted it to look like HBK was really pissed off at Foley for walking away when the crossbody spot was blown. Foley saw HBK get pissed at Vader for missing a spot at SummerSlam 1996, so he wanted to make it look like a shoot.

@fagbert well according to hbk, he had to beat the shit out of mankind cause his character was being affected by mankinds mind games through out that month (lead up to the match) and that intensity out of hbk was something we never seen before. this is indeed a classic match
